Coffee should always be stored in a cool dry place. Like wine, temperature variations should be avoided the better coffee is stored the better it will taste when consumed. At Monjava our coffee is sold in heat sealed packs with a one way valve, once the bag is opened the coffee should be used as quickly as possible. Store your coffee in an airtight container once opened.
